I am so excited to welcome you back to Grant Park Elementary for another school year! Our halls just aren’t the same without the energy, laughter, and curiosity of our students, and we cannot wait to get started. This year, our focus is on pushing every student to reach their fullest potential while helping them develop a strong growth mindset. We want our students to know that mistakes are part of learning, challenges make us stronger, and perseverance leads to success.
Just as important as academics, I care deeply about the social and emotional well-being of every child. School is a place where students should feel safe, supported, and valued, and my staff is committed to creating that environment every single day. Our goal is simple: to make this the best year ever for every student who walks through our doors.
One of our big focuses this year is improving attendance. Every day matters—when students miss school, they miss valuable instruction, important learning experiences, and time with friends. Simply put, my staff cannot teach an empty desk. We need your partnership to ensure your child is here, on time, and ready to learn each and every day. Together, we can make a big difference.
